Fix Curtains provides professional curtain fixing and related services.
Returns or refunds are accepted only in case of verified service-related issues, including:

  1. Incorrect service delivered compared to the confirmed booking.
  2. Installation defects caused by our workmanship.
  3. Service not completed as agreed due to our error.

2. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  1. Change of mind after successful service completion.
  2. Issues caused by customer-provided materials, walls, rods, or structural conditions.
  3. Damage resulting from misuse, third-party modifications, or negligence.
  4. Incorrect details provided during booking.

3. Return / Refund Request Timeline

Customers must report any service-related issue within 48 hours of service completion to be eligible for a return or refund request.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a request, please contact us with:

  1. Booking reference or invoice number.
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. Photos or videos (if applicable).

5. Resolution Method

After review, Fix Curtains may offer one of the following resolutions:

  1. Rework or correction of the service at no additional cost.
  2. Partial refund based on the severity of the issue.
  3. Full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and issued using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Service Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed before the technician is dispatched. Once the service has started or is completed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds unless a service issue is confirmed.
